After enduring enough Rhode Island winters to last a lifetime, Tracey MacLeod and her family traded their shovels for sunscreen and made the leap to sunny Stuart, Florida in 2003—and never looked back! She quickly discovered that Martin County wasn’t just about tropical breezes and palm trees. The small-town charm, fantastic restaurants, and warm southern hospitality made it feel like home, but it was the exceptional school system that truly won her heart as she raised her family here.

Before diving into real estate, Tracey graduated from Rutgers University and had a successful career in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. But after moving to Florida and spending time volunteering in the community and working in the school district, Tracey realized she was craving a more fulfilling path. That’s when she found her passion in real estate, earning her license in 2018. She now combines her love for the local area, strong market knowledge, and sharp sales experience to help others find their dream homes along the Treasure Coast and Northern Palm Beach County.

When Tracey isn’t closing deals and making real estate dreams come true, you’ll likely find her cycling around town or off on an adventure with her husband, Michael in their motorhome, accompanied by their furry (and sometimes opinionated) co-pilots—Pudge and Pepper, their dogs, and Mia, the cat. An active board member of the Treasure Coast Cycling Association, a former flutist with St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Treasure Coast Flute Choir, and a frequent community volunteer, Tracey’s commitment to her community is as strong as her commitment to her clients.
